It's a room built on one rule: tell the truth, and let people witness it without trying to fix it. No advice-giving. No performing your healing.

1- ARRIVE A few minutes to actually arrive in your body before we ask you to speak from it.
2- SHARE Structured, held space for whoever needs to speak. No pressure to perform or stay silent.
3- LISTEN The rest of the circle listens to hold, not to solve.
4- CLOSE A moment to land before you walk back into your regular life.
5- SNACKS Bring something to share then we chill.
What's said in the circle stays in the circle. Always.
