Half Colombian. Born and raised in Los Angeles.

15 years of emotional healing work with hundreds of people.
WHAT I DO
I am a certified coach, hypnotherapist, and complex trauma practitioner who works with anyone tired of running their old programs and ready to unshackle their whole damn self.
I bring the boardroom and the healing circle. The strategy and the soul work. 16 years in corporate America taught me how organizations and people operate under pressure. 15 years of healing work have taught me what lies beneath all of it.
I work with individuals, lead leadership and healing workshops, and coach corporate teams. Whether you are one person trying to find your way back to yourself or an organization ready for real culture change, I show up the same way.

WHAT I’ve done
I navigated corporate America for 16 years, climbing into leadership roles that few women, and even fewer mixed women of color, ever reached. I know what it's like to be the only one in the room. To lead with both power and heart when the culture around you says pick one. To perform total success while quietly doing your own inner work on the side.
Because I contain both. The Mystic, the part of me that has always known there is more happening beneath the surface. And the Homegirl, the feral rebel who pushes back at life and injustices.
